What are your Holiday Shipping Guidelines?
For guaranteed delivery by Christmas (or any specific date, for that matter) call us.  We may require expedited shipping to help us ensure the package gets there on time.

We will not be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company. Verifyable shipping company delays will result in a refund of your shipping charges only. All orders placed for Christmas delivery under these guidelines are subject to inventory availability. Items fly out of here fast and furious in December and our website inventory is not always as accurate as we would like. If you place an order and the item is not in stock we will contact you as soon as we know this to discuss your options. **International orders placed in December cannot be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas. Unfortunately, shipping company policies and customs can delay a package beyond our control. Please contact us via e-mail about expedited and guaranteed international delivery availability in December. **

How much does it cost to ship internationally?
We offer Flat Rate Shipping (plus oversize fees when applicable) for International Orders:

1st Class International          (14-40 days)              $12.00
Priority Mail International       (7-14 days)                $28.00
Express Mail International     (3-7 days)                  $60.00
**Boats do not qualify for flat rate shipping.  I will contact you with a shipping quote after you place any order including a boat.**
**A surcharge may be added to oversized or heavy items.  This fee will appear when you place your order.**

All orders are insured.  Insurance claims for lost packages shipped internationally can be made 45 days after it shipped.

When will I get my order?
Most orders of in stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date they are placed. We ship orders Tuesday through Saturday.

If an item is unexpectedly out of stock and your order will not ship in this time frame we will contact you via e-mail to give you our best estimate on the situation.

We are located in California. We offer the following Domestic shipping options:

**PROP SERVICE: Prop service generally runs 2-3 business days, depending on the season. If it will be much longer than this we will e-mail you.

**Boats do not qualify for flat rate shipping.  Boats ship UPS and the cost to ship is calculated when you place your order.  If the calculated amount is too high, I will adjust it and refund the extra payment when the order ships.  If you are unsure, just e-mail us!

All orders are insured.  Insurance claims for lost packages can be made 21 days after they ship (45 days for international orders).  If you need an order by a specific date, please call us to confirm stock and shipping options!

What does Special Order mean?
Parts listed on our website as Special Order require extra time for us to secure and ship to you.  Depending on the part it may take 2 days longer or 3 weeks longer than normal.  Regardless, we will e-mail you when the order is received and notify you of when to expect shipment to occur.  

Special Order items are not returnable.
Once placed Special Orders can not be cancelled.
All orders containing Special Order items will be charged immediately.  If you chose PayPal, the Special Order items will not be ordered for you until you pay.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! We love our international customers :) The only limitation at this time is the maximum box size allowable by the Post Office to your country. MOST LARGE BOATS CANNOT BE SHIPPED TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES AT THIS TIME. Check with us via e-mail on a specific boat or a specific country's size limits.

Shipping to some countries carries more risk of fraud and in order to continue serving our international customers we must protect our business. If your country is not listed, we cannot ship there.
What happens if a part is out of stock?
We do the best we can to keep our website up to date. However, if a part or boat is out of stock we will notify you of the status of the item as soon as we get your order. To the best of our ability we will let you know when your item will ship to you and we will try to keep you updated periodically as time goes by.
If you would consider a possible substitute, just let us know and we will check into that for you.

Why are returns subject to approval?
Often times problems with orders or parts can be resolved without returning the item. Custom items, special orders and services are not returnable.  Most batteries, electronics, and boats cannot be returned.  Call us first!
Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
Returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All items must be returned in the original containers and in resaleable condition.
Installed components are not returnable.
